The OFSTED-rated Business Management Skills for Construction Bootcamp provides advice, tips and training on the important practical issues any owner or manager has to deal with. You’ll be taught about planning projects, cost estimating, improving profit, cashflow analysis, reading drawings, marketing and much more. The online course costs from £3500+VAT depending on the region. It is paid in full by the government if you’re self-employed or unemployed. SME Limited companies with a payroll pay 10% of the cost, while larger companies pay 30%. The government pays the remainder. That’s so long as you meet the relevant criteria.

Our online Business Management Skills for Construction course is part-funded by the CITB, subject to the applicant’s eligibility. Unlike the Skills Bootcamp which is region-specific, this is available across the UK. You’ll receive training on the issues any owner or manager has to deal with, including planning projects, cost estimating, improving profit, cashflow analysis, reading drawings, and more. The course costs £2500+VAT which can be 50% funded if you are registered with CITB and meet their terms and conditions. A £50 deposit is required up-front to secure your place. Whilst CITB are unable to refund the deposit in the event of funding being unavailable, the HBXL Skills Academy can reimburse you.
