Costs

  • You can claim from your annual CITB training allowance subject to eligibility. CITB will pay 50% from the Employer Network scheme and you pay the remaining 50%
  • The full cost of the course is – £2700+VAT. So the CITB covers £1350 of the cost and you pay £1350.
  • A £50 deposit is required up-front to secure your place on the course. Whilst CITB are unable to refund the deposit in the event of funding being unavailable, the HBXL Skills Academy can reimburse you.

How the course works

This course is delivered online with a dedicated Tutor via the Go To Webinar Platform.

You’ll meet with your tutor and co-learners live with video cameras on and can ask questions and interact, just as if you were in a classroom. All you need is a good internet connection and a quiet space.

Software required for this course (Estimating Software and Health and Safety software) will be provided free of charge throughout the course so you can complete your work.

  • Broadband access
  • Video access i.e. Microsoft Teams/Zoom for training and meetings with course tutor
  • Construction experience preferred but not essential.

  • 2 hours twice a week – 3.30pm-5.30pm Wednesday & Friday
  • Remote online
